挺好的，下次去會繼續訂，這家酒店服務人員和入住客人素質都很不錯，住著很安心，健身房也挺好的，位於倫敦3區，交通費可控，地鐵線也是熱門皮特卡利線，去白金漢宮海德公園很方便，但要説明距離它最近的皇家公園站無電梯

由於訂房網站國際票務平台推諉不作為並且騙好評導致母親獨自帶著未成年女兒滯留希思羅機場8小時，導致後續未能達成的行程損失個人承擔，達成的行程異常疲憊，期間4位票務平台客服在推諉未解決任何問題的前提下，要求母親獨自帶著未成年女兒和航空公司交涉，理直氣壯！預祝訂房網站國際票務平台早日倒閉，四位客服和主管早日失業！哦，這個酒店挺好的，我們自費項目，不要誤認為是訂房網站給我們安排的！總歸，垃圾訂房網站，早日倒閉！下次肯定不在訂房網站這種垃圾平台預訂的，二道販子賺差價無底線並且毫無服務可言！

Location is good as it is only few minutes walk to tube station, and a bus stop going to westfieds shopping centre. Shower room is small without any hanger or shelf for putting your own stuff. The shower room and toilet share a sliding door which is very tight to push and therefore ad you shower the water splash water to the bathroom. Plenty of sockets for charging but no plug for the hairdryer in the bathroom. Breakfast is good value particularly for prebooked one.

It is nearer to airport. Nearby subway to city. But overall value stay as the price is lower than others. 30 mins by uber/bolt to airport.

とても綺麗なホテルです。3回利用してますが、はじめから湯沸かしポットの蓋が開かず壊れていたり、ドライヤーがスイッチを入れても動かず壊れていたりと備品が故障したまま置かれています。他は便利です。

滿意，地鐵口，公交站，出行方便，住宿安靜舒適開業沒有幾年的酒店，雖然離市中心有些距離，但是房間價格提前訂便宜啊，市中心貴還不好，性價比非常好的酒店，天天健身非常好

I have stayed at the Plaza several times and always had an exceptional time. However, this stay was somewhat disappointing. The room allocated had a bad smell, on reporting this I was immediately relocated to a great alternative . The front desk staff member was amazing at his job, I regret not taking his name. However, the next day I tried to order breakfast with room service. The phone rang for at least 3mins then disconnected. I called the front desk who agreed to get room service to call me. No one.called, so we had no breakfast. On check out I did complain to the front desk staff, he apologised I won't let this incident stop me from using the hotel, however, it was bad room service that let the Plaza down on this occasion.

Lovely clean hotel with attentive staff. Our room wasn’t ready for when we checked in so the staff kindly gave us free drinks. Can’t complain will definitely go back!

第一次到倫敦，這個酒店的位置屬於倫敦西城區，酒店外部環境，骯亂差，路上隨處都是亂扔的垃圾，酒瓶，飲料瓶……
